Every couple of months we attend a show at a local theater such as FAU, Delray Playhouse or the Willow Theater at Sugar Sand Park.
Some recent shows include Rent, Young Frankenstein, Grease, 9 to 5, Cemetery Club and the Rat Pack.
These events are always well attended with friends of the congregants included. Most of the shows are afternoo

This past year we organized a cruise on the Holland America Nieuw Statendam
visiting ports in Cozumel, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands.
The group met for dinner each evening after enjoying all the ship's amenities and excursions to the islands during the day. After dinner we attended the shows and clubs to partake in the entertainment off

The group met for dinner each evening after enjoying all the ship's amenities and excursions to the islands during the day. After dinner we attended the shows and clubs to partake in the entertainment offered.
In addition, on sea days we met in a dedicated room on the ship to schmooze and play games like trivia and family feud and nosh.

Every month we have a bagel lunch in the Activity Center hosted by Temple B'nai Shalom and led by Cantor Gary Sherman.
These sessions included a Tu B'shevat seder as well as multiple discussions on the war in Israeli.
Some of the other subjects discussed were preparation for Passover, The Commandments, Optimism vs Pessimism, What is God, etc.
